does anybody know of any other car that has the same style of lower fenders and quarters.trying to repair wife's volare with major rust issues on lower fenders and rear quarters and not having any luck finding any supplier(s) that carry those parts.all i need to do is patch in the lower panels.what other car can i use that is more available for parts that will work on a 76-77 volare?

The Dodge Aspen was the same car. Your hunt might be the same though.

Yup and take stretchage of the metal into account in account on compound curves. Did I just say stretchage??? :rolling:

MarPar: Good thing you haven't been posting pictures of "stretchage" on that other thread!:rolling::rolling::rolling:

RRMan: I would say maybe 16 guage or 18 guage sheetmetal. Do you have a set of calipers or micrometers? You could also take a sample along to where you are going to buy your material and check it there. :)

I concur with the Aspen. Don't forget the Aspen and Volare wagons are very close and more common.

From memory, maybe a duster/demon might be close enough. I think I saw patch panels for those somewhere.

all the dusters that i have seen the fender goes all the way down in front of the rocker panel whereas the fenders on the volare come down and meet on top of the rocker panel.
