Answered my own question. They're the k-frame isolator Found some new ones. Thanks

They are $200.00 for stock black ones here in Canada,I bought mine from Summit for about $50.00usd

Oh I forgot, don't buy the strut rod kit the one's being sold are wrong for our car! Most places offer the same kit and they are to small. I think they are really for pre 1971 Runners/GTX/Satellite...I even got a set from Mopar performance and they are wrong as well!
