Shift indicator lens replacement

I removed the plate and lens assembly from the center console (73) - how the heck are you supposed to replace the shift indicator lens (P R N D 1 2 - lens) It appears to be riveted within the assembly ? I can take anything apart - but without tearing it up, and then replacing it - that may be another story. Obviously they sell replacement lenses for a reason, so ........................

I've never done it but I've seen people buy them at Moparfest in the past so I'm sure it's been done many times...Free bump :)

I'm thinking you should take lots of pic's when you pull it apart and rebuild it and post a how to thread for every one to see...Matter of fact I think we should have a How-to / tutorial section just for this type of thing.
