Someone Please update this site!? Someone!?

Thanks!

Yeah, I've been trying to build more parts but most who own these cars just
don't have the money to support large or even small reproductions runs of
replacement parts. And most wonder why the big companies won't build
anything for them. Big talk that they want parts but, no cash to support
there wants. :( Tooling for these parts cost money, most have no concept
of that and expect everything for nothing!?
I've had multiple requests for fiberglass hoods for the Magnums, but when I
went to build them, no one wanted to commit to any orders, even at only
$300 per hood? Guess I'll have to make stuff for Chevy's and Fords:(:(
rumblefish360 08-24-2010, 06:28 PM LOL, I'd cough up $300 in a heart beat. Probalem is, they think that sinceyour on the boards with them and a half and half buddy because of it, you'll do it for a "MoPar buddy" cheaper than shit.
There cheapskates, plain and simple talkers and wannabes.

Funny, I thought $300 for any complete car hood was cheaper than shit???????
especially as no one else makes one for the Magnum?? LOL
Here's one example for ya, I posted this complete thread at MoparStyle and
most of the heavy hitter members (Forgotten B guys) ignored me and my
thread, but they all seemed to read it multiple times a day? (I was making
stuff they wanted) I finished the first set of molds and had three members
that had supported/posted and said they were going to order from me. SO I
POSTED, Thanks to them for there support and I was going to give them a
Discount because of that support. Guess who posted with-in 15 mins of this
statement.lol "Magnumguy" I then referred him to my ad in the MS
classifieds at the reg. price.(Still discounted from the soon to be eBay price)
Well lets just say He has NOT ordered from me.LOL All the others have! As
promised. I have these parts available and posted in the MoparStyles
Classifieds! Soon/maybe eBay?
I will honor the discount to you and moparstuart also!
rumblefish360 08-25-2010, 08:48 AM Well, thank you very much.
I'm not a Magnumguy fan. He did help me once and screwed me twice, undercut my attempt to sell parts 3 times right in the same thread. (Frakin thanks pal!) Howz that?
At this time, I can not afford to pay attention and any work to the Magnum is on a as needed bassis only. Later today/this week will be rear floor pan replacement with basic sheet metal I purchased. The only part I'm still in need of for body work is the drivers rear 1/4. I'd like to keep it all steel if possible.
Last time I seen one for sale was @ $600 and then add shipping. It's allways the dam catch 22 of have money, can't find parts. No money, parts abound1

It seems half of his posts are him trying to get something for nothing and the
other half trying to sell what he has horded for top dollar? He pushed me hard
to sell him my extra Tachometer gauge set, but expected me to give it to him
for nothing? That and everything I've seen shows a lot of greed on his part! I
don't think he sees or understands that??

Good luck on that!:)

Wow! Someone out there has made hoods for the Magnums? I'll consider
making the hoods if I can get three commitments of orders! For $300+actual
shipping each. This would have to happen soon, as I will not have a place to
do it after November.:(

No no no, it was a rear 1/4, in full, the whole thing from door lip to bumper. Including opera window. Now considering the part is huge and compelete, it wasn't to bad of a price for OE sheet metal, but still pricey. Then ya gotta ad shipping. It just becomes to much for my pockets to spend.

72Satellite 09-13-2010, 03:34 PM Sorry I don't really understand the begining of the thread the website link don't work. Are you making the louvers for the '79 300? I need one on each side.
69 Runner 09-13-2010, 06:43 PM Man.....it's really quite easy to post pics here. There's even a couple of different ways to do it. So why are you bitchin about it?
Also, I'd like to know what this thread is for. Are you just trying to post progress on a resto, or are you just peddling parts?
If you're peddlin parts, I'll be happy to move this thread in to the PARTS FOR SALE section where it belongs.
and if you're really that unhappy here......................
