front or rear noise?????

For the first time I put my car up on ramps to work on the radiator and it started making a squeeling noise when driving it after that. I took off the rear drums and adjust and cleaned the brakes, check the fluid and seals and nothing out of the ordinary. It only makes a sound when turning and going down dips and bumps:werd:. I have check the drums, pinion, and inner bearing after driving it and none of them are really hot. Is there anything on the front end I should check "they are poly bushings in the front"?

Let me make the question easier, should axles have some play in them? When I mean play I mean in and out about maybe an 1/8th of an inch.
