On my 66 theres a bar between the shoes directly below the wheel cylinder in the rear. But there isnt one in the front. Is this to keep tension when the emergency brakes applied and not needed in front or am I missing the bar in my front brakes? I dont think i need it in front but dont like to gamble on brakes. thanks for any answers
