Block filling

Do you guys level each bank and pour or just make one pour to the level you want to fill?

i was planning on leveling each bank seperatley

you using hard block or just portland with lots of lime?

getting ready to order some hardblok

Make CERTAIN to Level Each Side Individually and Let A Drying Time between Pours.If not you will have a JUNK block.What happens is the UNSET Filler ROLLS and fills the Galleys for the water Crossover and the water will not FREE-FLOW from one side to the other and Overheat.
MOST Experienced machine shops will be able to POUR for you.REMEMBER the block has to be machined and then poured and then re-machined after drying...

i did my own pour and it turned out pretty good. i only did a partial fill.
