68-70 Satellite/road runner/GTX/Belvedere/Coronet/Super Bee/Coronet R/T are the same with minor exceptions. The 68 doors have the lock button farther back than the 69-70's do, and the 70 doors (at least manufactured after 1-1-70) have the crash beams in them making them heavier, but safer.

There's a FABO member in Emeryville, CA that has a few b-body parts for sale on CL. He has a '68-'70 b-body pass door available. I think it is a '68 but not 100%. I know he is selling this stuff off cheap so he can make some room in his shop. Tell him GTX sent you. That should be good for a savings of 1% or less. ;)

Nope. Just the lock location and the crash beam. No exterior differences

Are there air vents on the bottom of the doors (perhaps a one year only thing)? I was thinking about the 67-69 Barracuda doors and one year has air vents on the bottom.

This was discussed at the A12 forum web site, no, they do not make skins only, just complete doors. It appears to me that it won't be long before a complete repro B body will be available from ADM as is from Dynacorn with the Camaros and Mustangs.

Yea they told me 7 years ago, they were going to do it. (Don't hold your breath waiting.)


I ended up just buying an almost rust free same year make and model parts car (no engine trans or rear) for 500 bucks, drug it back to the shop and cut out what I needed. Then some genius mopar vendor saw it when driving by and bought the remaining hulk from me for 650, 2 days before it went to the crusher.:grin:

I went into the A12 section and couldn't find any thing about doors, anyone here ever used the repo doors? Don't really want to spend that much money

go look for a nice used pair,there is no shortage of them out there
