I live on the coast (less than one mile from beach:angryfire:) I have used SKYCO OSPHO,SEM RUST-MORT,POR15 METAL-READY,CORROSEAL, they seem to be the same. The CORROSEAL I just started using and I like it smells like elmers glue not rotten eggs. And it's thicker than the rest. so what do you use and why?

rust bullet
I couldn't agree more. The Coast Guard uses this, as well as many government and municipality agencies for beach/ocean located structures, and it's by far (and I can't overemphasize the BY FAR part), the best rust preventative I have ever seen/used.
I did not like how rust bullet applied. Also, it was hard to prevent bubbling.
I use eastwood products: the combination of rust encapsulant, rust converter, and some of the new frame rail internal sealer (awesome stuff) it looks to be effective.
I spray the rust encapsulant like paint and it goes down nice and smooth. So far (5 years) no rust showing or issues with Eastwood.
For the others:
I hated POR15 the most and everything else was worthless.
There are my 2 pennies. Keep the change.
