Need some help!

My daughter is in a contest and I need some votes can you guys help me out.
You get 10 votes and if you delete your cookies and temp internet files and refresh the page you get another 10. Shame I just figured it out the kid who is winning has been doing it from the start. Then sent nasty messages to her to boot.
