Fastners

You guys like a particular type and strength fastener of just use any old crap?

I am finishing up and engine with all ARP ss 12 point fastners on everything exposed with DBs on just about all else..

I like the factory nuts and bolts except for motor hardware. My strokers all arp except for external and there i have polished mopar logo bolts. Last week I lost 3 days searching for my correct shock bolts.Ended up robing the parts car and throwing just some old bolts in that. I want everything to look factory or better. All undercarriage bolts get a nice coat of rustoleum gloss black.

I do not have one nut, bolt, washer, or mopar part in my entire drive train. engine trans rear.....some front end parts thats about it..
