I decided yesterday to tear into those levers above the radio since none of the buttons worked I figured I had nothing to lose. Well I pulled it out and turns out to be easier looking then I though and everything looks to be there but I'm not sure how it works, I pulled It down ( only comes out like 3")and the back of the yellow/white box is open and 2 wires each attached to these skinny wide metal plates are hanging there, so I was hoping someone had a diagram or could help talk me through this, where do all these wires come and go to. I'll go take some pictures and list more detail about it all.
