The trees have grown into the car. You would have to take the trees down to get the car out. There are alot of nice project cars there to save and put back together. Nice score if they can all be had. 68 Satellite 11-23-2008, 04:02 PM WOW I would'nt know where to start 69 Runner 11-23-2008, 04:20 PM As much as I'd like to have a Charger, if they were both automatics I'd probably pick the T/A. maybe. Propwash 11-19-2009, 10:42 PM Good luck with your purchase...Nice find man. 268RTs4ME 11-20-2009, 02:42 AM I'd buy everyone of em.. if you could. tunescape1 11-20-2009, 03:44 AM OMFG, are they for sale? my dream car is the 70 challenger!!! iraqivet01 11-20-2009, 07:33 AM I hate it when people just park classic like that and watch it slowly deterioate to nothing. They would never have the money, time, or skill inebuilding or getting to run again. We need to start a program and name it "Car Protection Services". (CPS) Anytime someone finds classic car(s) being abuse, neglected, mistreated, or abandoned by it present owner that a full alert would be sent out via telephone, internet, word of mouth, (like an "Amber" alert) It getting harder and harder to find these cars, and it just sickening to see pictures these just sitting in an open field rusting away. the longer they sit, the harder it is to save them. midnightrider1818 11-20-2009, 10:58 AM i hear ya iraq. that is how i feel too man. that is sick. they need to be under cover or they will just rust away. how sick that is. Donny 11-20-2009, 08:21 PM I agree Iraqivet, good idea! However, I'm saving my GTX, doing my duty to the grand MOPAR Gods!!! detmatt1 11-21-2009, 05:08 AM I've got 2 that I am also resurecting and they look like they were/are in worse shape than the ones in this thread. These cars do need to be protected though, it clearly shows the ignorence of the owner. If these cars are sitting on farms than make some room in a barn or outbuilding for them or sell them off to someone that will show them some respect!. iraqivet01 11-21-2009, 07:35 AM what makes you want to choke people like that is when they respond, No it not for sale, one day I'm going to get around to fixing it up. \ Or even worst is when they say think they have the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow because they saws a Challenger on TV go for a million dollars on Barrett jackson, so they think it worth $30,000 just the way it sits. Donny 11-21-2009, 12:13 PM I know, these cars need to be saved. One of the funnest things I like to do, is venture out into a junkyard! But, sadly, there are not many around anymore! tmsdist 11-21-2009, 08:11 PM Its funny to see all the snow tires on some of them Donny 11-22-2009, 08:07 AM Snow tires = salt on the roads = MOPAR typical rust spots = making AMD wealthy (no problem with that at all, they make great stuff). MRGTX70 11-22-2009, 08:16 AM Mopar heaven! Nice Finds! | |||
