Looks like a photoshop job to me. Can't imagine a 3000 + lb. car jumping about 15 ft. in the air and not having enough velocity to snap wires that often fall when they get a heavy ice coating. However there is a white cross in the grass- maybe someone died when their car couldn't hang in there?

i no i some places like maine they lay the cables on the ground and pulll them taught from miles away. maby the car was over it?????? hahahah.. i was told that happened to moose before.

Pretty crazy, I was thinking it was fake because if a tree falls on one it snaps the wires but a car falls on the and it doesn't? But then again that pole is leaning like something is pulling on it. idk ether way it's funny

Well it could be a photoshop ......... but if you look at the top wires they hang pretty much, because of the pole leaning and wires on the right are tight, but we will never know.
