I am looking at swapping an 8 3/4 into my 73 Satellite. I would like to get rid of the Iso setup in the process.
The car is going to be running a 360 (likely stroked to 408) with a A833 4-Speed. I am planning this car as a daily driver.
Was hoping for some recommendations on which casting to go with. And gearing, etc...
Can I swap in a pre-73 rear and will doing that get rid of the ISO setup? Should I be getting a 742 or 489 8 3/4? Any resources/write-ups that you'd recommend? Lots of questions, I know. Thanks in advance.
