I am trying to decode a 63 plymouth. he only vin i see in the package tray & rad support. is 310508190 Thats all i see it is supposed to be 10 digit There might be a 7 at end not sure. I tried to decode all that comes up is a Sequence Number : 081907 Assembly Plant: Los Angeles, CA If anyone can help please let me know Thanks Al

should also be a VIN tag on the driver's A pillar. There no fender tag?

No fender tag or plate in door pillar I think it rotted off

I can tell ya that the cars Birthday is March 10th.....That's the "310" in the beginning of the rad number
