Can anyone help to decode this fender tag. It is a 1963 Dodge Polara Convertible. Thank you

I don't know if it makes any difference but the 2 is under A, 1 is under F, 56 is under H, 1 is under P.

Did you see this car on Detroit Craigslist? If you did, I looked at the car yesterday.

Need to know what plant it was built at, each one had differences. Do you know the VIN #?
