Try Aeromotive or Holley brands Bypass style are both very good regulators, you will need to run a return line back to the tank & have a place to be able to get the fuel back into the tank, a fitting pointing or angled towards the tank in the filler tube works well on some cars with out a fuel cell, if there isn't a return nipple or fitting on the sending unit already....

You know, I am really not convinced that it matters either way with a return line. A good regulator is going to provide a stable pressure to the carb(s) no matter which style you use... I will preface all this that sometimes I only remember enough of my Engineering days to get myself into trouble :).
The theory about using a return line is to keep the pump from working hard against a dead head. If you look at the mechanics of any constant velocity pump you will find that as the head pressure goes up (ie. approaching dead heading) and flow decreases, the pump uses less Hp to turn the rotor since it is doing less work (pumping) so while the rpm remains the same the power required drops off. If you run with little to no restriction (ie. a return) the Hp required to run the same rpm goes up. Not sure which would have the biggest impact on the pump life. With a return you also have to consider the possibility of airaiting the fuel in the tank. I know the argument always comes up of why then do all OEMs use a return - and I really don't know the answer.... just something to think about..
