wheel bolt pattern

Someone refresh my memory here.

All the wheels I have available to me right now are on the cars and have center caps so I can't get an accurate measurement.
B bodies are 5 on 5" correct?
A bodies are 5 on 4 1/2" correct?
70s model trucks are 5 on 4 1/2" correct?

I need a spare wheel for my 78 LRET and need to know what to look for.

b bodies are 4.5x5 also 73 and up a bodies are the same 72 and down a bodies are 4x5

The 70's era trucks as well as the 5 bolt Dakotas are 5X4.5"

don't forget that drum brake A-bodies from 73-76 are 4" bolt pattern.
