front disc brake conversions from duster parts

Over the last year we have done 2 conversions. One with the factory swap out parts the other with a kit that was supposed to be a 4 hour bolt on swap (NOT).

The factory parts swap took scrounging and some new parts purchasing and is way nicer fitting and serviceable than the POS "kit".

The "Custome members only kit" required advanced lessons in metal grinding, while upside down, in a heavy rain, with electric grinders... and is promoted by the "boys" from the censored site...

I can scroung up the parts numbers if anyone is interested and tell anyone where to get the parts without trading their right, left, and center nuts for them... (requirement for membership at censored site) remember they be "special"....

I did my 66 Satellite with a-body parts. The rotors new were pretty cheap...I only did the small 10.87 size but stops great and I really enjoyed doing it..Never tried any special kits...

Oh go ahead and post the name of the site. (at this point) I'll be using the scarebird setup on the front and rear of my 68 Dart Sedan......unless someone else has something bad to say about that setup:rolleyes:

best info I have seen yet was on Mopar Actions website. They have the article "Disco-Tech" completely reprinted there with part numbers and everything.
