looking for input

considering the sale of my 68 post roadrunner,I took out the small block/overdrive 4 speed I had in it and was thinking of putting the 440/4 speed back in OR putting the numbers matching 383 w column shift automatic back in it.The car is a fairly stripped model with only 2 fender tag options. . . . . . . . just getting some ideas

You'll get the best money with the number's stuff back in it. The only wild card would be the 4 speed. The most might be gotten with the 4 speed installed, and the numbers trans and column included.
