66 67 body panel differences

I have a 66 Satellite. The trunk lid seems like it might be off a 67 Satellite. The back of the trunk lid where the reverse lights are sticks out a little further than the surrounding tail light pieces. That part of the trunk lid bows out a little more in the middle making a gap between the edges of the tail light pieces and the trunk lid. Yet the gaps all around the rest of the trunk lid and the body are perfect. Or it could be that the tail light pieces came of a 67 and don't have the matching shape of that part of the trunk lid. I could post a picture tomorrow. So were these panels different on a 66 versus a 67?

66,67 panels are different...66 panels are the same as belvedere,,The 67 panel on the satellite is like the one on gTx..
