Rear diff question.

What rearend did they put in a 77 Cordoba with a 400 and A/T, 8.25 or 8.75.

The big block cars usually got a 9.25

What where the gear options and could you get sure grip.

I got my 3.55 R&P from a Jeep Cherokee. They used 8 1/4" rears too.

Most late B bodies got 8.25s. If ordered with the HD suspension or towing packages, it would get the 9.25. (this is across ALL engines) Have had 2 77 400 4bbl doba's and they both had the 8.25.
