Hello all. I'm new to the forum and have a puzzling problem. I have a ’69 RoadRunner with factory power disc brakes, that uses the 4-piston Bendix calipers. I replaced both calipers with rebuilt units 2 years ago due to severe corrosion in the cylinders. I also flushed the brake system and changed fluid. One caliper began to leak during storage after the first season. I confirmed the source of the leak by observing fluid being pushed out the top of the caliper at the area of the crossover port seal when applying the brakes. However, I was able to exchange it and did not have any problems during the next year. But after two seasons, both calipers have developed leaks at the crossover ports, and continued to drip during winter storage. Before I return the calipers to the auto parts for another rebuild, is anyone familiar with this issue? If so, what was the fix? Thanks
