engine swap question.

Does anyone see any problems with swapping a 318 engine and trans from a 83 or 84 chrysler new yorker into my 69 satellite with a tired 318 and slipping transmission?
Is it a direct bolt in swap or will there be changes i have to make?
I plan on using my intake and exhaust manifolds, and my accessories.
Im pretty sure the newer water pump exits on the other side on the newer motors.

you,ll need to use the full set of mounts from one or the other as ones probably spool and one flat
