Where do you thing is the best 12V source for an electric fuel pump.Also wire it with the key swich or toggle switch. 68 Coronet R/T 440 It's a all stock car that belongs to a buddy.I have been trying to get him to let me put the manual back on but he's afraid he will have fuel problems.

pull directly from the battery with a fuse and a relay... hook the relay trigger wire to an ignition hot.

If you are going to run an electric pump try wiring directly to the output side of the alternator circuit for constant even power.
I run the power output, to power distribution posts then to power everything in the car.
Relays relays relays on everything and heavy enough gage wire plus....
