My Father just ran into this issue a few weeks ago on his Hemi.I found his fuel line was on top of the valve cover.I don't think this would be a issue on a 383 or 440 but the Hemi valve cover was much hotter than a 383-440.I moved his fuel line away from the valve cover a half inch and this took care of the boilingover issue on the Hemi. Back in the 80's I used to run with the heat cross over open on an aluminum intake and never had an issue. 69 Runner 09-18-2009, 10:34 AM What they said....but what intake and carb are you running?
