69 GTX lower black area

On this car, this year, and model, single run only (best I can tell) the lower color is black. Any ideas what correct color this is? I'm a ways off on needing to paint (as one can tell from my GTX postings in other thread), but, long-term/range planning always is good to file away when the time comes.

Good question. I have a page out of a 69 PPG book that I have been using as a reference for my Road Runner projects. I'll take a look and see if I can find anything regarding the lower trim color. By the way, I don't think it's the organasol (sp?) hood paint.

From what I have learned over these years, the hood paint (if ordered with the two big thick black strips) is the same as the lower paint. I am thinking of extending this black paint to the bumpers when I get to that point.
