500 stroker oiling

Anyone ran a milodon external pickup in a 66 B body? Which way does the line work best up or down like in the photo.

You want to loop the an line from the pump up above the level of oil entrance then back down to the pan. That way you always have some oil in the line to keep the pump from loosing prime.

Make sure you pressure test the oil line(s) very well.
