I am not sure if the 65 takes the same as my 63 but my 63 took the same size spring as an A-body Dart. Nice looking 65. Ron

Flo, look for Super Stock Springs at Mancini racing or Summit Racing or ofcourse YearOne. You can also try the for sale section at the 62to65moparornocar website.

The front is easy and about 10 minutes of work...you can adjust the front arms by screwing or unscrewing a nut on either side. May I remind you that when you move the front up, driving-comfort will disappear (in combination with thinner tiressizes).

I just purchased a set from them for my '64. When they get installed,I'll give a product evaluation. Guess that takes care of my own thread about S/S vs. XHD units;that still may have pertinence to some folks,so I'll leave it out there for now.

If you look in summit racing they have some short springs that they sell for small trucks for about 35 bucks I've used these by adding them to my stock springs many times and they lift about 2-3"

Check out springs n things. I just bought a set from them for my '62 fury and I'm very happy with them, the Furys stance is perfect . They have about anything you would want for your '65 satellite. I not sure you would want to put ss springs on your satellite, but they have them, also stock height, 1'' over stock height, 2'' over stock height, ss springs, xhd springs, and so on - all for your '65 . I bought 1'' over stock height for my '62 fury, and wouldn't want to go more than that. They'll build just about anything you would want. If money is a issue, you can always buy air shocks (about $65.00) for a temporary fix , and save your money up for the springs. AND remember, if you haven't rebuilt your front end or replaced your bushings lately, you run the risk of NOT being able to raise the frontend. Here's the phone # for springs and things - 1-800-903-9019, and here's the web site - springsnthings.com. Hope this helps ya out.........
