That's kind of a mixed question as the RR was a coupe (RM21) in 73-74 and the Satellite Sebring and SS+ were HT's (RH/RP 23) so yes, the SS and SSP windows rolled down.

Something makes me think the windows were fixed on the RR unless you ordered power windows....

Interesting point! But WHY? My '74 RM21 code base model 318, RR has fixed windows, always wondered about that.

My Rm21, has all power windows, from what I am hearing if they were not power they did not roll down.
