I have a 71 RR 383 Auto, Slow project. Try to keep it on the road so I tackle things one at a time and on the cheap.

Frankin car. nothing matches. I don't care it's mine.
Just dropped it off at Ken's house, he drives a Savoy called Shadow Woods in Nastagia Pro Stock and won his class at the Nats last year and 2nd in 06.
He starting with a new fuel delivery system. Holley elect pump, fram fuel filter, regulator and new lines. He'll go from there until I run out of money!

Take it to Norwalk CC past 3 yrs. Will be there again.

Goin to the Nats but will go with my brother, he runs a 70 RR 440+6 Texas car. Makes my 71 look like a donor car.

I'll get him to check out this place tonight.

I was helping Greg get his car running for the Nats last night. Found a slightly bent push rod. Had a spare so we'll see how it goes. I don't know if he registered or just reads as a guest. At least my car is on the road. LOL It may make it to Columbus before his does again.

Bent pushrod doesn't sound good. I wonder how that happened.....considering how much the car has been sitting or apart. Hope it was just a fluke and not an early manifestation of a much more serious problem to come.

Doesn't look like I'm gonna make the Nats again. Seems my August weekends are filling up all of a sudden. But that's not a bad thing.

Glad to hear your's is on the road. Except for the cost of gas, you should take your's whether his is ready or not.lol
