all new wiring

getting ready to install a complete ron francis harness in my 67 satellite. anybody done this, any hints, what do you do with the bulkhead hole? my old harness is cut up and brittle, and the whole car has been redone, so I figured this is the way to go.

I take it this is an aftermarket harness and not a repo factory job? If your concern is the wires passing through the bulk head hole and fretting against the sharp metal edge, then I'd look into making your own bulkhead connector using some commercially available connectors from Amphenol. Else you can make a chase nipple out of plastic that fits the square hole that incorporates a big rubber grommet.

i don't know if i'm too late to this party, but new bulkhead connectors and all new metal clip connectors for them are easily found on eBay. I got me sum............!
