Hi,

hope that this is the right section.
Could anybody give me a hint, which tire and wheelsize is used on this Fury?

Which manufacturer produces these tires?

Thank you!

My first impression was to think they were the factory 15X8" Ramcharger wheels, probably with a 275 or maybe a bit larger.

I think they are 275 as well, but my guess is that is a 7" wide wheel. This is the same combo I run and the tire tread pattern even looks similar to my pro trac tires.

It looks to be a 15 x 8 or a 15 x 7 wheel. Not sure on the tires but they look smaller then mine. I run a 15 x 7 steel wheel with 29" tall Hoosiers. Ron

That is a GREAT stance on the 64 Fury in the 1st post! That's the stance I'm trying to get for my 64. Looks like the car sits up quite a bit, especially in the front. I know I can raise the front by adjusting the torsion bolts (so I've been told) but what got the rear up as high as it is? Any ideas or suggestions. Is that what SS springs will do?

SS springs will give you some hight but you can also put an air shock on as well

That initial question could have been posted by me;that first pic is an idea of where I might go with my '64. I know a guy that ran 15X8 steels on the back of his '63 with 30X10 "pie-crust" cheater slicks. Had 3400lb S/S springs and ran 5" b.s. with no clearance issues;he was running the "standard" width '63 rear axle. I diggin' T-T's front and rear on mine, though that first pic shows me that steelies on the back look great as well. I'm thinking about 255/70-15's on the back of mine, unless the diameter raises the rear too much, then it's back to 60's. Pics will come when I get around to that part of the project.
Quick hijack; what size tires are most of you guys running with 15X4 to 15X5 wheels up front if you're running 275's on the rear? I want the "stance" I've seen here but without a too-small front tire.

The current size should be stamped on the rims. The get the specified tire size for such rims.I have 295 /30 on the rear and 265/ 35 on the front. switching to a 315 /25 hopefully this summer.
