My steering box is leaking, is it hard to pull out and put new seals in.

Not that difficult. The retaining pin in the coupler can give problem when trying to remove it. Also, the three bolts mounting the box itself may well be 12 points, so you would need a 12 point socket.

Use a puller to remove the pitman arm from the sector shaft

Be sure to use Loctite on the threads of the 3 mounting bolts, when you install the steering box.
