I got a HELOC 25 years ago for emergencies only. Never used it for anything. Then the bank wanted to get out of HELOCs and they paid me $1,200 to close it. :lol:- 68gtxman

I was the scarecrow. Driving from PA to TX in 1978, we put a CB in our rental car and hit the road. My brother and I routinely drove over 100 MPH (during the 55 MPH max days) on the way. Why all these calls and texts about my house lately?
Yes, for about 4 years now. They even call to buy another property that I have that just has a falling down shack on it, and it’s in the flood zone (flooded right now). Too many flipper shows fooled people into thinking they can get into that game too.- 68gtxman
