POS! He is the kind of evil that has a way of lingering. Whether it's a reminder of the on-going battle between good & evil in this world ... I do not know. He just needs to go far far away but I'd settle for 6ft under.

And as far as the CDCR not releasing any medical info because of the privacy rights of inmates ... ain't that some kind of bullshit right there or what?
 
The amount of tax dollars we spend keeping criminals alive that should have been put to death is crazy. We allow as a defense "innocent by reason of insanity". I think it should be guilty by reason of insanity. Why would we want to keep criminals who are crazy enough to kill other people alive?
 
The only news I want to hear about that kook is when he checks out of jail in a pine box.
 
Remember, the reason society decided to HAVE a death penalty was never as a punishment, but to remove those too dangerous to ever let them become a danger in the future.
I believe it is a wise deterrent to crime.
It's not about judgement or forgiveness.
It's about society declaring limits and maintaining orderly civilization.
