Went over to guys house that I met at a swap meet a few months back thats closing his business. Had a tractor trailer full of parts. Bunch of mopar stuff ; picked up thes two consoles ( he has the doors just has to find them) and a nice bumper, aweather stripping some brand new Comp springs locks & retainers.
I really enjoy looking through peoples collections and hearing the stories associated with them.
Not sure what im going to do with it all but I feel like I got some decent things to add to the collection...

I have not been out looking for cars to buy in 3 years but sellers have been finding me. I've bought 8 cars from 6 different people that knew that I buy and scrap cars on the side.
I like being the guy that they call.
 
It would have been great to have this sort of thing happen with women back when I was single.

Well took the day off to go pick up the motor and transmissions. Guy said i was welcome to rumage in his barn and found some pristine imperial hemi valve covers and block hugger headers...
...havent gotten a chance to look up the 4 speed, bell housing was cast not aluminum like i was told...
From what i understand the vcs were a 1 year only (58)...I only found 1 set for sale on the web....They will go up on the wall for now.

That was until i found out what they were going for...I was only able to find 1 other set for sale and they sold for $900!!!
They are FOR SALE!!! LOL! Cleaned up pretty nice too...
That would get me a lot closer to the Terminator Fi set up I want....

Met a guy on another site and was able to work a trade, got a really nice grill with some very nice surrounds...its been a pretty good Mopar parts week!
