Testing my new BBQ with the rotisserie attached. ...first time. ...cooking dinner in the driveway. Smells great from my chair with Heineken being brought to me by my kids.

Verdict - taste darn good....doing that again. Beer Butt Chicken next weekend.

Haven't decided on which brew to stuff the chook with yet :D rest assured it won't be Buttweiser.
 
I've just spent the last 2 hours doing corned silverside with mash/corn and white sauce .its about another 20min till chow time :D
 
Just put 2 pork shoulders in the WSM. Should be ready in 12 hours or so.

Just seasoned 2 pork chops. Will grill on my weber charcoal. Need to go to store and get some Heineken
 
Well I didn't snap any pictures but had a sirloin waiting for me when I got home from the shop last night, unseasonably warm here in Indiana I'll be grilling today and tomorrow

I had sirloin last night too. Warm weather in the Midwest.

Ya your probably right but I'm taking advantage of this weather been in the shop all day Friday and Saturday working with the doors open. Going back today to spend the day again
 
Pasta aglio e'oilo ........... OK here we go ..a bunch of garlic, in hot olive oil ,season, we add zucchini, Italian sausage (already cooked) , broccoli and pasta of your choice ........

Wife made pork roast last night.

Particularly good body of work this time.

I'm finishing it off tonight with a tad of NC style vinegar based sauce and a glass of cab or two (or three)
 
always room for more when my wife cooks :welcome: ..........she eyes things, think her eyes are closed when it comes to pasta
