I know what most of it means , except for the F after 440 and the 6 151 on the second row?

The F in 1970 I believe and the 6 151 might be a job stamp from machine shop

6 15 1 is assembly date maybe June 15th

The year of the block should be stamped on passenger side of block just above serial #,the 6151 is the assembly date as beekeeper stated,n as for the F I would say it's a family code as to what type of vechile it was going in.

The one I am really curious about is the F.

It appears that the bottom leg of the E was not fully stamped. Notice the bottom of the T and Maltese cross are missing too.

6151 likely (assembly) date June 15th; 1st shift.
