Then you need these for convenience or to save space...

That's a poke through waiting to happen! But better than nothing I guess

One time long ago I recall a product called "Wet Wipes". I wondered if they were popular with truck stop whores that wanted a quickie cleanup between cocks.

Not a good option....we still have "Wonder Wipes" down under, and they are great for a clean up of grease and oils etc. They are pre-soaked with a small amount of ammonia and detergent, so wiping liberally all over your genitalia could cause a mild skin irritation....but you probably already knew that. :p

Well this thread went right into the crapper. :) Honestly as an occasional backpacker and frequent hiker... I think I'm gonna buy some.

Gotta work better than poison ivy

I hike a ton

I've backpacked a bit too

I think I'll just pack biodegradable toilet paper
it's not heavy & if it's a short hike
you can bring a 1/2 role or less

I guess if you really needed to "really compact" stuff
in an extremely limited space back pack,
going on a really long trip far, far away from anything
for a month or something, it may be worth going that route...

I doubt I'll be buying any, anytime soon...

I'm glad this post helped somebody.

Obviously when hiking or backpacking space is limited. A full roll of toilet paper would be a little bulky. I just usually prepare. I'll take several sections off the roll and lay flat and put in ziplock bag, compress the air out and now you have plenty of butt wad without taking up too much space! Smaller than a sandwich and you can put anywhere in the pack without squishing it!

Yeah that's what I do too, and that's probably what I'll keep doing... but ya know, a handful of these things might really come in handy - plus they basically weigh nothing and take up no space so...

That's true! Maybe they would help tidy things up a bit. There's nothing worse than a swollen mud ring while hiking!

When I'm hunting it's sometimes below 0, water isn't a good option. Leaves are all gone, I use a small package of Kleenex or wet wipes. I have used snow before in an emergency, but that tends to be a bit uncomfortable.....

I'm a leaves man when need be. I also carry a couple of the core rolls of tp that don't have the cardboard center roll in them. Good enough for me.
