probably stole those too. You can bet that asshole said something to the officer and deserved to get punched but it won't be seen that way. The guy is a scumbag and put a lot of lives in danger. 
Luckily like someone else said, that no one panicked on the road as he blew by them.

Cops in Texas are to polite. Actually they did F up hitting him like that in the open. When the cop tackled him they should have all stood together blocking any camera and beat the living **** out of him. Or once in the car with no camera make a detour stop and give him a beating. That POS put so many innocent lives in danger. I will never forget walking on the Avenue pushing my infant granddaughter in the stroller. I crossed this one way side street only watching the direction of traffic turning in. Milliseconds and a car being chased comes speeding up the wrong way just missing us. Cops were in pursuit and trust me id hope they caught the SOB and administered a well deserved beating.

I saw a video where a commentator called the car a DODGER twice. The guy was NOT manly and surely NOT a car guy.
