68-69 charger don't know

68s aren't that hard to fake, pretty much any 68 charger vin minus the fender tag would fly....... dude way over-complicated it with the 69 BS

If any one is serious about it and needs it looked at I may be able to help out. There was one charger in Edmonton not too long ago that had funny VIN issues. Ie; lost the vin but had two others etc.... I don’t think this is that car, and I also, have not seen this one around before so it could well have been in storage for the 12 - 15 years or whatever it was that he claimed. It’s probably all okay
It would be interesting to see if it is all legit, but from what I have gathered I don't think so?

A guy would have to look personally and see the marker light area to see whats been welded shut. You would need to look at the tail light panel to see if it looks like a different panel has been welded in. Body mumbers would need to be checked.
Blue 69 dash. Blue shoulder belts match up(should be a date code on the tags on the belts. White headliner looks original but would need to look at that closely...did he just happen to find white 68 buckets and door panels to go with it?
I would never bid on a car like this without looking in person!! I agree on things smelling fishy...

For sure the guy selling this just befriended me n said I was asking to many question
