Missil, do you have any magnesium wheels with the Dow 7 coating? I'm thinking of powder coating my aluminum daisies to mimic the look. A pic of the real thing would sure help. Tia.

those 18'' ones are early , like 61-62 when american just got started building rims . its a rp design . these went to the salt flats with tommy grove in his melrose missile 1 & 2 cars . the dip is a prepaint thing . the longer its in for the golder it gets . even the halibrand look if you did it long enough . the last pics is a 16x13 torq thrust 200 from the mid 60's .

Use cast blast spray paint. Works well. You can leave the rim part polished if you like as well.

well if i oil them up and wash them their more green . but the oiling collects dust n dirt , back to square one . lol ! magnesium hell a cool looking and straight . maintaining them is a pain in the back , had polished one on my 63 sf . every two to three days polish them up again . let them gray out n oil them . they sit there and look pretty , for awhile . and that beauty is only a thin skin deep . lol !

15x4.5 and 15x10. Blasted and primered. I just had the fronts powder coated. Not sure how I feel about them. I’d load them if my F’ing Smart Phone wasn’t so dumb! I’d like to hear opinions of them.
