Seems like this site needs an obituary page, or 21 Horn Salute Page!

With all the wont be down for breakfast postings, it would seem that this site should host a obituary page, or maybe call it a "21 Horn Salute" page for all those postings. Its just depressing sometimes reading/seeing all the headlines in the general section about who is now gone and what not when I only want to see stuff about cars or other interesting topics!

How one feels when just having been advised of a death is hard to explain. Just an hour ago I tried to find Joan, the girl I took to see the original movie "Gone in Sixty Seconds". Sadly, I found an obituary and now don't know how to describe my reaction: sad, hopeless, relieved to have discovered she did raise a family. News we can't prepare for, I guess.

I thought the same thing about that with some of the members I have had conversations with here have passed since I've joined, seems like we owe them that.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'm not sure who here started the "Won't Be Down" thing; opinions being what they are, it may have been funny the first time but I think it's kind of disrespectful. I wouldn't want my daughter to see mine when it happens. Since I don't eat breakfast I guess I'd get a "CudaChick's Oven Has Been Unplugged" thread ..... yikes!

In the thirteen years since I opened PSC, quite a few customers have passed on. I've been considering devoting a small section on my website to these amazing individuals but haven't done it yet. Like all of our Legendary Members here, each of them was part of the history that made it what it is today. We should honor them in some way so they aren't forgotten.

Very well said, and I completely agree. Thank you!
