If you’re going to try and buy performance oil locally, you will probably have the easiest time finding Valvoline VR1. I’d use 20w50 in that build.
If you’re going to order oil, I’d use Driven Hot Rod 15w50. It’s available in petroleum or synthetic.

The power steering pulley and main crank aren’t lining up the greatest. Do I shim the bottom bracket with washers?
All of those purple cams will adversely effect power brakes. The 280/474 would be the limit for me. It's about 2 steps more than a stock cam and is enough to "test" your tuning abilities.
I seem to recall it necessary to remove the fan and pulley from the front of the water pump to access ALL of the water pump bolts. But I DONT think you need to pull the radiator in order for the fan/pulley bolts to pull out far enough to remove. I recall there is plenty of room between the fan...

3.55 is a good street gear. I switched the Dana 60 in my Coronet over to 3.23 gears since I have a Doug Nash five speed with a low first gear. With a normal trans I'd run a 3.55 on the street.
