    Best Porting Bit for Aluminum?

To answer your question, the only Aluminum bit I see is the one at the bottom. All of the others are for Iron, and clog up faster. You can use them, but must clean the flutes often. For me, the aluminum ones jump around to much, and I carefully use the carbide bits made for iron and pay...

    64 polara defrost vents

Hi it is me again, I have a question about the dash vents on 64 Polaras. My Polara is a factory non A/C car und has the long style dash vents (1. picture), what I thought is normal on these cars. Now I was searching for new hoses and found a complete different style like I know from my charger...

    Best Porting Bit for Aluminum?

I dip my burrs in ATF. They don't clog, lubes and somewhat cleanses all at the same time. High temp, high pressure wash in parts washer once done. My last project was gasket matching, porting my tunnel ram.

    Frying noise from steering wheel?

Well, I am at a loss.... Right before the new signal switch failed I could hear the frying sound. I got a new hub and really carefully checked my old signal switch and put everything back together. Everything works perfectly....but the frying sound is still there.....when the engine runs and...

2024 14th Annual FABO NHRA "Pick 'Em" Game - It's NITRO Burnin' Time Again!!!

I didn't do much after qualifying though. Thought maybe there was going to be a new winner in PSM as Van Sant had his tuned up pretty good, but Herrara as usual was unbeatable. Got to feel for Del Worsham as that car is bad fast but she, Alexis, can't get off the line. Only way she is still...

    Cool Pikes Peak Live Cam

Get the donuts at the Summit House. The donuts are almost everyone’s first order of business the moment they summit Pikes Peak, even more so if they hiked there. Made hot and fresh each day by a donut robot that spits out some 700 donuts per hour—that's more than 6,000 per day, seven days a...

Husband Puzzled By Strange Device Found Near Bread Loaf

I save those plastic clips and use them after opening bread loaf wrappers. The twist and tuck method is fine but the plastic clips are faster than wire ties and don't allow air inside if the loaf gets accidently moved.

Beanhead. I'm impressed with your bike ride. Not only leg muscles but your vital capacity to take in oxygen at 14,000+ feet above sea level. There's a reason the US Olympic Training Center is in CS at 6,000 feet. If you can train to breathe that thin air, everywhere else is a piece of cake. I...
