I have never seen a reverse "C" stripe for an R/T ?...Maybe fab one ????....Something I was PONDERING was using the dust swirl decal from a 70 R.R placed in the same place as on the 70 R.R with the BIRD removed and in its place the SUPER BEE decal from a 71 CHARGER BEE's front fenders ???
I'm doing the same thing 440+6 6 pack K member, rods, H.B n flywheel, ported & oversize valve motor home police heads, 18 spine 4.10 S60 rear...I recommend a U.S CAR TOOL CHASSIS stiffening kit...torque boxes, subframe connectors, inner fender & lower radiator supports...I have the power budge...
I've always wanted one of these to put in a ol power wagon...I'd keep the stuff your tossing tho put larger valves in heads, better springs n cam...just to be diff
Same condition as my 70 Coronet ,which by the way is also from AZ...trunk floor looks the same also lol ...darn sand trapped between gas tank n floor acted like a sponge n rusted thru from outside in, looks like wood worms got to it but just in the rib bottoms ???. My metal is in great shape...
I had a triple black 67 500 383 4 barrel auto...put a motorhome 440 n and living in ILL the rear wheel wells were rusting out ...cut out the rust about the same radius as yours with 15x10 deep dished mags n N50 M.T's...nickname for it was BOXCAR WILLIE ! lol
NO ...do not use that....use STP or Vaseline.......IF it is assembled n in car ..."I.M.O" would fill filter let it sit while filter is off I'd use a Auto Trans fluid funnel to get the STP or at least some VR 60w or VR50w into the pump thru the port in the pump housing....u could pull the dist...
I THINK he forgot a hyphen...use stp or vaseline to prime lube the pump to basically seal it to create the vacuum needed to suck up the oil from pan n push it thru filter?
