    3, 4 speed question

Yes, there is definitely a difference. 3 spd is by itself as well as 63 which used a Borg Warner 4 spd. Then came the New Process 4 spd in 64 which has an even different bolt up pattern. Early 3 speeds were a New Process A745.

    What would be needed????

Early 361 2 bbl were at 265 HP as you said. The 4bbl version was rated @ 305 HP, with a tiny bit more cam and dual exhaust.

    What would be needed????

63-65 B body 383 4 bbl used a unsilenced air cleaner with no snorkel. If you go with a Holley this A/cleaner base won't fit. I would find a early 62-63 AFB and use it. That would keep everything looking original and still give a little boost in HP. In the picture I'm using a Elddy 600 which...

Pentastar and antenna installation without removing fender?

Am I missing something here ? You want to install an antenna without removing the fender or splash shield. If my memory serves me (and i am getting old) back in the day working at the dealership we use to install radio packages in new 64 Plymouths. We never removed fenders or shields. The...

    Replacement radiators?

Sonny, if you are looking for one for that beautiful 63, don't even think of anyone else. Call Bob at Glen-Ray. He has done several for me and they all look like you went down to the dealership in the 60's and picked one up. He might be a little backed up, but worth the wait.
