    Downstairs is 50 x 50 (2500 sq ft) , and upstairs is 25 x 50 ( 1250 sq ft ) . . . so 3750 sq ft . . . The shop will have it's own 200 amp service and I'm being told that I'll also be getting 3-phase too.
